In addition, when the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information, it will conduct necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that the outsourced company manages personal information safely.

7. Third-party provision

Our company will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the customer, except in cases where disclosure is permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. However, the following cases do not fall under the provision of personal information to third parties as stipulated above.

  1. When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
  2. When personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons
  3. When personal information is shared in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law

8. Disclosure of Personal Information

When we are requested by a customer to disclose personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will disclose such information to the customer without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself (if such personal information does not exist, we will notify the customer to that effect). (If the personal information in question does not exist, we will notify the customer to that effect.) However, this does not apply in cases where we are not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

9. Correction of Personal Information, etc.

When a customer requests the correction, addition, or deletion of his or her personal information (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law on the grounds that the personal information is not true, we will confirm that the request is made by the customer himself or herself, and, to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. Based on the results, we will correct the content of the personal information and notify the customer of that effect (if we decide not to make the correction, we will notify the customer of that effect). However, this does not apply to cases where the Company is not obligated to make corrections, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

10. Suspension of use of personal information

When our company is requested by a customer to stop using or erase the customer’s personal information (hereinafter referred to as “stop using, etc.”) based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, on the grounds that the customer’s personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use that has been announced in advance, or on the grounds that the personal information was obtained through deception or other wrongful means, our company will respond to the customer’s request with the reason. In cases where a request is made for the cessation of use or deletion of personal information (hereinafter referred to as “cessation of use, etc.”) in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law on the grounds that the information has been acquired through deception or other wrongful means, and it is found that there is a reason for the request, the cessation of use, etc. of the personal information will be carried out without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself, and the customer will be notified to that effect. However, this does not apply to cases where the Company is not obligated to suspend the use of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

11. Use of cookies and other technologies

A cookie is a piece of information that is sent and received between the web server and the user’s browser when viewing a web page. However, the recorded information does not include any information that can be used to identify specific individuals, such as user names or email addresses.

The Company’s services may utilize cookies and similar technologies.

This site is not intended for use by third parties for any purpose whatsoever. However, if you disable cookies, you may not be able to use some of the functions of our services.
